Shareholder Disputes in Family-Owned Businesses and Strategies for Mitigation

:
AS&H Clifford Chance is delighted to host an Arabic-language panel session during Riyadh International Disputes Week 2026 focusing on one of the most pressing issues in the Saudi business landscape: shareholder disputes within family-owned enterprises.

This session will bring together leading legal practitioners and experts to explore common sources of conflict, the legal and commercial implications of shareholder disputes, and practical strategies for preventing and resolving such challenges. With family businesses forming a cornerstone of the Saudi economy, the discussion will highlight approaches to safeguard continuity, protect shareholder value, and promote smoother transitions across generations.

The panel discussion will be followed by an audience Q&A and a networking reception, providing valuable opportunities for knowledge-sharing and engagement with peers from across the disputes and business community.
