SCCA International Arabic Moot (SIAM6) is a legal competition for students at faculties of Sharia and law at Arab universities and beyond. Participants compete to plead a hypothetical arbitration case simulating an international commercial case, thereby polishing their legal skills to plead before international arbitral tribunals and elevating their personal competence and legal knowledge to give them a full picture of the law and procedures.  Because of the international importance of arbitration as an alternative means for resolving commercial disputes, SCCA aims to encourage these students to study international commercial law and study commercial arbitration and the associated law. SIAM equips them with the necessary practical skills and puts them into contact with top international arbitrators and elite law firms, opening the door to career opportunities for outstanding students, as well as highlighting Arab talent, and enabling them to compete at the international level.

  • Registration Fees: Once paid, event registration fees are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-transferable. Fees are valid exclusively for entry to RIDW25.
  • Promotional Codes: Any promotional codes are personal to the individual or entity to whom they were provided and are non-transferable. Individuals or entities other than those specified are ineligible to apply or use these promotions. The Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA) and the RIDW25 Organizing Committee reserve the right to deny or cancel the registration and entry of anyone who attempts to use a promotion for which they are not eligible. Paid amounts will not be refunded if denied or canceled registrations
  • Media Consent: By attending any RIDW24 event, you waive any rights to object to your appearance in media coverage related to the event, including photos, videos, and television. This applies whether captured directly by the event host or by other media present.
  • Photography Permission: By accepting these terms and conditions, you grant permission for the SCCA, RIDW25 Organizing Committee and the Event Organizers to take photographs during the conference and events which may be used for marketing and promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the event organizers beforehand.
  • Post-Event Communciation: By accepting these terms and conditions, you grant permission for the SCCA, RIDW25 Organizing Committee and the Event Organizers to contact you after the events regarding services and opportunities that may be of interest to you.
