The panel will provide an overview of the process by which taxpayers can object to decisions issued by ZATCA, detailing the mechanisms and steps involved before ZATCA and the Tax and Customs Committees. This includes guidance from filing an objection to the issuance of a decision by the Appeal Committee. Additionally, the panel will address the reconsideration of issued decisions and highlight critical issues that require attention throughout the process, from the initial filing of the case to the issuance of the final decision.
