Horizons & Co. Law Firm's and Kroll's interactive event will involve a mix of high-profile GCC private practitioners, barristers, experts, practitioners from arbitral institutions, and in-house counsel.

In an engaging session, they will:

  • Explore the different options available for dispute resolution in the Middle East across key jurisdictions.
  • Address some of the common misconceptions around dispute resolution in the region and present the reality.
  • Examine cultural nuances and approaches of the different arbitration centres.

They will cover specific pertinent topics, such as dealing with judges and witnesses, the pool of arbitrators available, costs and complexity of the arbitration process, and the enforcement of awards, among other issues, drawing on comparisons and best practices across the region.

Note: This is a jointly co-hosted event by Horizons & Co. Law Firm and Kroll
