Horizons & Co. Law Firm and Kroll's interactive event will involve a mix of high-profile GCC private practitioners, barristers, experts, practitioners from arbitral institutions, and in-house counsel.

In an engaging session, they will:

  • Explore the different options available for dispute resolution in the Middle East across key jurisdictions.
  • Address some of the common misconceptions around dispute resolution in the region and present the reality.
  • Examine cultural nuances and approaches of the different arbitration centres.

They will cover specific pertinent topics, the pool of arbitrators available, costs and complexity of the arbitration process, the alignment of the new Saudi legislation with international standards, the enforcement of awards, procurement-related disputes, diversity in Saudi and Middle Eastern legal markets, and whether regional dispute resolution regimes in their current forms will be able to handle the complexity of mega-projects disputes, other issues, drawing on comparisons and best practices across the region and globally.

  • Registration Fees: Once paid, event registration fees are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-transferable. Fees are valid exclusively for entry to RIDW25.
  • Promotional Codes: Any promotional codes are personal to the individual or entity to whom they were provided and are non-transferable. Individuals or entities other than those specified are ineligible to apply or use these promotions. The Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA) and the RIDW25 Organizing Committee reserve the right to deny or cancel the registration and entry of anyone who attempts to use a promotion for which they are not eligible.
