Herbert Smith Freehills' disputes team invites you to join us during the Riyadh International Disputes Week as we discuss current and future trends in international arbitration in the Middle East. We will explore the key topics shaping the regional arbitration landscape, including the impact of AI, the use of ADR, diversity within the international arbitration community, the increasing cost and complexity of arbitration, and updates on arbitral institutions and the attitudes of local courts.

The session will be structured as a speed-networking event, encouraging attendees to participate in the discussions and contribute to the issues raised.

The event will be hosted on 25 February 2025 from 01:30 PM to 04:30 PM in the Al Diriyah A-B Conference Room at the Hilton Riyadh Hotel and Residences and will be conducted in English.

  • Registration Fees: Once paid, event registration fees are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-transferable. Fees are valid exclusively for entry to RIDW25.
  • Promotional Codes: Any promotional codes are personal to the individual or entity to whom they were provided and are non-transferable. Individuals or entities other than those specified are ineligible to apply or use these promotions. The Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA) and the RIDW25 Organizing Committee reserve the right to deny or cancel the registration and entry of anyone who attempts to use a promotion for which they are not eligible. Paid amounts will not be refunded if denied or canceled registrations
  • Media Consent: By attending any RIDW24 event, you waive any rights to object to your appearance in media coverage related to the event, including photos, videos, and television. This applies whether captured directly by the event host or by other media present.
