The event will involve a focused discussion on the KSA regulatory framework for foreign direct investments and will provide an overview of the dispute resolution regime, for foreign investors, in KSA. The panel will comprise of seasoned legal practitioners together with legal representatives of some of our clients. The objective is to have a discussion which focuses on not just the legal framework in KSA and but also provides important business insights to the participants. 

The event is being hosted in collaboration with ALN Africa and we will also be focusing on trade flows between KSA and Africa and predictions about future disputes.

  • Registration Fees: Once paid, event registration fees are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-transferable. Fees are valid exclusively for entry to RIDW25.
  • Promotional Codes: Any promotional codes are personal to the individual or entity to whom they were provided and are non-transferable. Individuals or entities other than those specified are ineligible to apply or use these promotions. The Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA) and the RIDW25 Organizing Committee reserve the right to deny or cancel the registration and entry of anyone who attempts to use a promotion for which they are not eligible. Paid amounts will not be refunded if denied or canceled registrations
