AS&H Clifford Chance is pleased to host a panel discussion during Riyadh International Disputes Week 2026 exploring the evolving landscape of class actions, with a particular focus on Saudi Arabia’s position in comparison to other jurisdictions.

This timely session will bring together leading practitioners and experts to examine how class actions are developing globally, assess the opportunities and challenges for implementation within the Kingdom, and consider what lessons may be drawn from established frameworks in other jurisdictions.

The discussion will be followed by an interactive Q&A, giving attendees the opportunity to engage directly with the panellists. The event will conclude with networking, providing an excellent platform for exchanging ideas and building connections with peers from across the disputes community.
