Hosted by DLA Piper in association with Alshahrani Law Firm, this event will feature expert speakers, explore advancements in dispute resolution, and provide updates on Saudi Arabia's evolving legal landscape.

The seminar will focus on three main topics:

1. 1 Year on: impact of the KSA Civil Transactions Law on the Dispute Resolution Landscape: we will provide an update of how the new CTL has impacted the way disputes are being resolved in the KSA.

2.  Price escalation and its impact on the contractual obligations: we will discuss the impact of the current crisis resulting from the wars in the Middle East and Ukraine on the parties’ obligations and if there is a wiggle room under Saudi law.
