Your proposed event must align with the RIDW25 theme "Managing Global Business Relationship, Legal Reforms, Commercial Strategies & Harmonization of Dispute Resolution"

Marketing Materials:

All RIDW25 event’s marketing materials feature RIDW25 logo, including all printed, digital, announcements or press releases.

Social Media:

Event host social media activities feature #RIDW25 hashtag.

Event:

OC reserves the right to propose programmatic changes in appropriate circumstances, including proposed speakers, subject to the approvals of the related domestic authority review.

Event hosts will immediately notify the OC of any sudden changes in their program (title modification, changes in speakers, cancellation of event… etc.). Changes will be subject to review and approval of the OC.

Cost:

Event-related costs (e.g. venues, translation, travel, catering etc.) are exclusively the responsibility of the event host (and not of the RIDW25 Organizers, SCCA or other staff or vendors, et al).

Fee:

Event hosting fee of SAR 4000 (USD $1,000) non-refundable.

Professional Attendee Experience:

Event hosts are required to:

  • have full event administration control and responsibility.
  • ensure all registrations are through the RIDW25 website.
  • be responsible for monitoring and confirming (or declining) registration with all those who register for their event(s).
  • once events are oversubscribed, ensure a “registration now closed” notice is added to the RIDW website.
  • be responsible for ensuring a professional atmosphere and collegiality conducive to a learning environment are maintained throughout all events and functions.
  • In the event of unresponsiveness, the OC may cancel the event.
Consent and Disclaimer:
Submission of this form does not guarantee event approval. Approval of events is at the discretion of the RIDW25 organizing committee.

By registering for the Riyadh International Disputes Week 2025 (“RIDW25), you agree to the following terms:
  • Registration Fees: Once paid, event registration fees are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-transferable. Fees are valid exclusively for entry to RIDW25.
  • Promotional Codes: Any promotional codes are personal to the individual or entity to whom they were provided and are non-transferable. Individuals or entities other than those specified are ineligible to apply or use these promotions. The Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA) and the RIDW25 Organizing Committee reserve the right to deny or cancel the registration and entry of anyone who attempts to use a promotion for which they are not eligible. Paid amounts will not be refunded if denied or canceled registrations
  • Media Consent: By attending any RIDW24 event, you waive any rights to object to your appearance in media coverage related to the event, including photos, videos, and television. This applies whether captured directly by the event host or by other media present.
  • Photography Permission: By accepting these terms and conditions, you grant permission for the SCCA, RIDW25 Organizing Committee and the Event Organizers to take photographs during the conference and events which may be used for marketing and promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the event organizers beforehand.
  • Post-Event Communciation: By accepting these terms and conditions, you grant permission for the SCCA, RIDW25 Organizing Committee and the Event Organizers to contact you after the events regarding services and opportunities that may be of interest to you. If you prefer not to receive such communications, please inform the event organizers beforehand.
