Biography

Dr. Alaa is a professional licensed Saudi lawyer with 28 years of extensive legal experience. He holds a PhD and LLM from McGill University.

 

Between September 2019 and January 2024, he served as the General Supervisor of the Saudi Bar Association. His expertise spans commercial and sports arbitration, corporate law and corporate restructuring. He is also well versed in the field of family-owned businesses and succession planning. Through his years of experience and prior to founding Naji Khairan Law Firm, he made partner at one of the leading international law firms in addition to working as an inhouse for government and private entities. Dr. Alaa has contributed significantly to the legal field through op-ed articles while writing for Alwatan Newspaper between 2004 and 2014, legal speeches, workshops, and TV interviews. He authored two books “Delirium in an airplane” and the novel “Dawzana".

  • Post-Event Communciation: By accepting these terms and conditions, you grant permission for the SCCA, RIDW25 Organizing Committee and the Event Organizers to contact you after the events regarding services and opportunities that may be of interest to you.
